SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This product can reproduce loud and high-pitched sounds. Prolonged exposure to loud sounds can lead
to permanent hearing loss. Use the device at the lowest possible perceptible volume. Read the safety
instructions before using the product.
General safety guidelines for audio products:
·Keep the product away from children before installation. The inner packaging of the product could
pose a hazard. E.g. due to small parts of the accessories that can be swallowed or due to packaging
components such as polybags, which pose a choking hazard for small children.
·Follow the manufacturer's instructions in the installation manual. Specific knowledge and tools are required
for installation. Improper installation can lead to damage to the vehicle and the product.
·Speakers that are not attached correctly pose a danger to the occupants, as they can come loose in the
event of an accident and injure people.
·Opening the product and/or modification by an unauthorized person will invalidate the warranty. In the
event of a malfunction or fault, please contact an authorized specialist dealer.
·Set the volume control to the lowest possible volume and slowly increase the volume to a level that is
comfortable for you.
·Try to keep the volume as low as possible and avoid using the product in a noisy environment.
·Ringing in the ears may indicate that the volume is set too high.
·If you experience discomfort or if you notice ringing in your ears, it is recommended that you stop using
the product immediately and consult a doctor if necessary.
Warning: Pacemakers
Magnets can affect the function of pacemakers and implanted defibrillators. If you wear such devices,
ensure that you keep a sufficient distance. Warn wearers of such devices if necessary.
Warning: Metal splinters
This speaker model uses or contains a strontium ferrite magnet:
·Depending on the type of construction, strontium-ferrite magnet drives can exhibit strong magnetic fields
with high field strengths and pose a danger to other electronic devices in the vicinity, such as PCs, lap-
tops, magneto-optical hard disks, credit and EC cards, mechanical watches, etc., which may be impaired
in their function or destroyed. Care should be taken to keep a sufficient distance from such objects.
·Objects made of iron or objects with components made of iron or steel are strongly attracted to the
magnetic drive. Avoid tools, knives and other sharp objects in the vicinity of the loudspeaker.
·Ferrite magnets are brittle and can break or splinter in the event of an uncontrolled impact. The splinters
are very sharp-edged and can be thrown meters away (danger to eyes).
Warning: Fire hazard
The voice coil of the loudspeaker or components of the supplied crossovers can become very hot in the
event of an electrical overload due to the amplifier power being set too high, damage to the loudspeaker or
a short circuit due to improper installation. If you suddenly notice a strong foreign odor that smells like burnt
plastic and/or slightly fishy, switch off the audio system immediately and check the car audio installation.

lichkeiten vertraut zu machen. Lesen Sie sich diese Bedienungs-/ Installationsanleitung sorgfältig
durch und bewahren Sie diese für vielleicht später auftauchende Fragen auf.

AUSPACKEN DES SYSTEMES
Nehmen Sie die Lautsprecher vorsichtig aus dem Karton und kontrollieren Sie, ob sich alle Teile in
einem einwandfreien Zustand befinden. Das System besteht aus folgenden Einzelkomponenten:
2 Tiefmitteltöner
2 Hochtöner
2 Frequenzweichen
2 Lautsprecherabdeckungen für die Tiefmitteltöner
1 Schraubenset für Tief-/Mitteltönermontage
2 Hochtöner Aufbauadapter flach
2 Hochtöner Aufbauadapter angewinkelt
1 Bedienungsanleitung mit Garantiekarte
Bitte wenden Sie sich an Ihren AXTON Fachhändler, falls der Lieferumfang unvollständig ist oder
Teile dieses Sets einen Transportschaden aufweisen.
VOR DER INSTALLATION
Der erste Schritt, bevor Sie mit der Installation beginnen können, ist die akustisch besten Einbau-
plätze im Fahrzeug auszuwählen. Berücksichtigen Sie für die Tiefmitteltöner, falls irgend möglich,
die vom Hersteller des Fahrzeugs vorgesehenen Einbauplätze. Diese ermöglichen einen ein-
fachen und schnellen Einbau, der ohne größere Anpassungen, Umbauarbeiten und Arbeitsauf-
wand bewerkstelligt werden kann.
Beachten Sie bitte die Installations-und Anschlusshinweise in den nachfolgenden Kapiteln, um die
bestmögliche Klangqualität zu erzielen.
