MOUNTING
1. Position mounting shoe on the spotting scope foot (A) and tighten rmly.
2. Place the mounting shoe into the tripod and secure.
FOCUSING YOUR SPOTTING SCOPE
Warning: Directly viewing the sun or any direct light source with this device may cause permanent
eye damage.
1. Point your spotting scope in the direction you want to view.
2. Rotate the eye piece zoom ring (B) to the lowest magnication.
3. Adjust the focus control (C) until the image appears clear.
4. Rotate the eye piece zoom ring to the desired magnication and re-focus with the focus knob if
necessary.
TWIST-UP EYE CUP
Eyeglass users will normally need the eye cup (D) twisted down. Users not wearing eyeglasses
should adjust the eye cup upwards for optimum eye relief.
