1. Read the following instructions before using the kettle.
2. Recommended to connect the appliance directly to the AC mains power.
3. This kettle is designed to boil water. Heating or boiling of other kinds of liquid will voids the
warranty.
4. Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the local voltage before
you connect to the appliance.
5. Insert plug to AC mains securely. Do not operate with wet hands or when the plug is wet.
6. Always unplug from AC mains, for the following situations:
a) If this appliance is not in use or
b) When cleaning this appliance or
c) When moving this appliance
7. Do not fill water beyond maximum capacity of the kettle. If the kettle is overfilled, boiling
water may be ejected. Spilled hot boiling water can cause body harm or result in short
circuit.
8. Steam from boiling water can cause scalding. Be careful when handling kettle with freshly
boiled water.
9. Always wipe and dry the surface of the kettle with a soft cloth.
10. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for
their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
11. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, service agent or
similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
12. Do not dry boil the kettle. Only use the kettle with the power cord provided by the
manufacturer.
13. Do not operate kettle in humid or high temperature environment.
14. Do not open the lid while the water is boiling.
15. This appliance is intended for household use only. Warranty will be void if used otherwise.
16. The Inner Body Base surface is subject to residual heat after use. Do not touch the surface
and any hot parts of the appliance during use or immediately after use. It will be very hot!.
17. WARNING: Avoid spillage on the power connector.
18. WARNING: Misuse of this appliance may cause injury.
19. Place the product on a flat table when in use, not near other heat sources, or above other
electrical appliances.

1. Unplug from AC power socket. Allow the kettle to cool down before cleaning.
2. Clean the kettle body with a wet soft cloth.
3. Do not immerse the kettle in water.
4. Clean and dry the interior part of the kettle with mild cleaning agent.
5. Do not use wire brush or hard brush to clean, it may scratch and cause damage to the
Inner surface.
6. Lime scale from various water sources will deposit on the heating element may cause less
effective in its function. Descaling of the lime scale deposits is needed from time to time.
7. Lime scale is not harmful to health but it may have powdery taste to boiled water.
8. Descale the kettle regularly. Cleaning method: Fill the kettle up to MAX with a mixture of
proportion 1 ordinary vinegar : 2 water. Boil the mixture, leave it overnight and discard the
boiled water in the morning.
9. Repeat it with clean water to remove the remaining lime scale and vinegar.
10. Rinse with clean water.
1. The presence of either “minerals” or “hard water” in the water piping system, may
cause brown or white spots and mineral scale which appear on the surface of the
Stainless Steel Inner Body Base, could visually resemble rust spots. As these spots are
not rust, it is harmless and safe to consume food from the appliance.
2. These spots can be removed by boiling Citric Acid Crystal Solution (Food Grade) to
remove them. For tough stains, you may need to use a good metal cleaner to
remove the stubborn stains and then wash off with soap solution before using.
