Circuit description:
32 infrared LEDs are operated directly with di-
rect current voltage via a protective resistor (for
current limitation). 4 LEDs each are connected
in series.
Check list for troubleshooting:
Please check whether the board is operated
with stabilised direct voltage (check the tension
at the board 12 - 14 V/DC). CCD-cameras have
a different sensitivity. Therefore, depending on
the sensitivity of the camera the range of the
infrared spotlight may vary. This infrared spot-
light should only be used in case of total dark-
ness without any incidence of foreign light. Re-
ason: many cameras have a light sensor which
adjusts the sensitivity of the camera according
to the brightness. This light sensor preferably
reacts to visible light. Thus, if there is another
dimmed source of light (candle, monitor or si-
milar), the sensor immediately re-adjusts the
sensitivity of the camera and you have the im-
pression that the infrared spotlight hardly has
any effect.

Uso destinado:
Iluminación con luz infrarroja invisible por hombres para poder todavía ver en un
entorno completamente oscuro al emplear cámaras CCD.
Puesta en servicio:
El proyector de luz infrarroja se debe instalar en un sitio al abrigo de la intemperie.
Un acumulador 12 V/DC o una fuente de alimentación estabilizada con una tensión
de salida entre 12 - 14 Volt/DC son adecuados para el funcionamiente. ¡La fuente
de alimentación debe tener una potencia de 300 mA por lo menos!
El proyector de luz infrarroja alcanzará su potencia máxima a una tensión de ser-
vicio entre 12 y 14 V/DC. Si la tensión de servicio es demasiado baja, la potencia
del proyector de luz disminuye considerablemente. En caso de una tensión de
servicio demasiado alto (> 14 V/DC) el aparato produce demasiado calor y por
eso puede sufrir daños.
¡Importante! ¡El proyector de luz solamente debe accionarse con tensión continua,
no con tensión alterna! Instalar el proyector de luz en un sitio bien ventilado (¡no
en una caja aislada contra pérdidas de calor!).
Descripción del circuito:
32 LEDs infrarrojos se accionan directamente con tensión continua por un resis-
tor protector (para la limitación de corriente). 4 LEDs están conectados en serie
respectivamente.
Lista de vericación para la localización de fallas:
Comprobar si la placa de circuito impreso se acciona con tensión continua estabi-
lizada (vericar la tensión a la placa 12 - 14 V/DC). CCD-cámaras tienen una sen-
sibilidad diferente. Por eso el alcance del proyector infrarrojo puede variar según
la sensibilidad del cámara. Este proyector infrarrojo se debe emplear solamente
en plena oscuridad sin inujo por luz externa. Razón: Muchas cámaras tienen un
sensor de luz que regula la sensibilidad de la cámara según la luz del día. Este
sensor de luz reacciona de preferencia a luz visible. Si pues hay una otra fuente
luminosa débil (vela, pantalla o semejante), el sensor regula la sensibilidad de la
cámara inmediatamente atrás y Vd. tiene la impresión que el proyector infrarrojo
casi no tiene ningún efecto.

Usage destiné:

Mise en marche:
Il faut monter le projecteur infrarouge dans un endroit résistant aux intémperies.
Pour le fonctionnement on peut utiliser soit un accumulateur 12 V/DC ou un bloc
d‘alimentation stabilisé avec une tension de sortie entre 12 - 14 Volt/DC. Il faut
que le bloc d‘alimentation ait une tension d‘ au moins 300 mA!
Le projecteur infrarouge atteint sa puissance maximale à une tension de service
entre 12 et 14 V/DC. Si la tension de service est trop basse, la puissance du pro-
jecteur diminue considérablement. En cas d‘une tension de service trop haute (>
14 V/DC) l‘appareil produit trop de chaleur et de cette manière peut être détruit.
Important! Il faut opérer le projecteur seulement avec tension continue, pas avec
tension alternative! Veuillez installer le projecteur dans un endroit bien ventilé (pas
dans un boîtier isolé à la chaleur!).

Inbetriebnahme:
Der Infrarot-Scheinwerfer muss an einer wettergeschützten Stelle montiert
werden. Zum Betrieb eignet sich entweder ein Akku 12 V/DC oder ein sta-
bilisiertes Netzteil mit einer Ausgangsspannung zwischen 12 - 14 V/DC. Das
Netzteil muss eine Leistung von mindestens 300 mA haben!
Der Infrarot-Scheinwerfer hat seine maximale Leistung bei einer Betriebs-
spannung zwischen 12 und 14 V/DC. Wenn die Betriebsspannung zu gering
ist, lässt die Leistung des Scheinwerfers erheblich nach. Bei einer zu hohen
Betriebsspannung (> 14 V/DC) entwickelt das Gerät zu viel Wärme und kann
dadurch defekt werden.
Wichtig! Der Scheinwerfer darf nur mit Gleichspannung betrieben werden,
nicht mit Wechselspannung! Bitte bauen Sie den Scheinwerfer an einer gut
belüfteten Stelle ein (nicht in wärmeisolierende Gehäuse einlassen!).
Schaltungsbeschreibung:
Über einen Vorwiderstand (zur Strombegrenzung) werden 32 Infrarot-LED`s
direkt mit Gleichspannung betrieben. Es sind jeweils 4 LED`s in Serie ge-
schaltet.
Checkliste für Fehlersuche:
Bitte überprüfen Sie, ob Sie die Platine mit einer stabilisierten Gleichspannung
betreiben (Spannung an der Platine nachmessen 12 - 14 V/DC). CCD-Kame-
ras haben eine unterschiedliche Empndlichkeit. Daher kann die Reichweite
des Infrarot-Scheinwerfers, je nach Empndlichkeit der Kamera, verschieden
sein. Dieser Infrarot-Scheinwerfer sollte nur bei vollständiger Dunkelheit,
ohne Fremdlichteinuss, eingesetzt werden. Grund: viele Kameras haben ei-
nen Lichtsensor, der die Empndlichkeit der Kamera je nach Tageshelligkeit
regelt. Dieser Lichtsensor reagiert bevorzugt auf sichtbares Licht. Wenn also
eine andere, schwache Lichtquelle (Kerze, Monitorbildschirm o.ä.) vorhanden
ist, dann regelt der Sensor die Empndlichkeit der Kamera sofort zurück und
Sie haben den Eindruck, dass der Infrarot-Scheinwerfer fast keine Wirkung
hat.

Intended use:
Lighting with infrared light invisible to men in order to be still able to see in a
completely dark environment when using CCD cameras.
Setting into operation:
The infrared spotlight must be mounted in a place which is weatherproof.
For operation either an battery 12 V/DC or a stabilized power supply with
an output voltage between 12 - 14 V/DC is suitable. The power supply must
have at least 300 mA! The maximum power of the infrared spotlight occurs
at an operating voltage between 12 and 14 V/DC. If the operating voltage is
too low the power of the spotlight decreases considerably. In case of a too
high operating voltage (> 14 V/DC) the appliance produces too much heat
and thus it may be damaged.
Important! The spotlight must only be operated with direct voltage, not with
alternating voltage! Please install the spotlight in a well ventilated place (do
not insert into heat insulated cases!).

de la caméra en arrière et vous avez l’impression que le projecteur infrarouge n’a
presque aucun effet.

Määräystenmukainen käyttö:
Valaistus ihmiselle näkymättömällä infrapunavalolla, jotta täysin pimeässä ympäri-

Käyttöönotto:
Infrapunavalonheitin tulee asentaa joka sään kestävään paikkaan. Käyttöön sopii
joko 12 V/DC akku tai stabilisoitu verkkokaapeli, jossa ulostulojännite 12 - 14 Volt/
DC. Verkkokaapelissa on oltava vähintään 300 mA teho!
Infrapunavalonheittimellä on maksimaalinen teho, kun käyttöjännite on 12 - 14 V/
DC välillä. Jos käyttöjännite on liian matala, valonheittimen teho laskee huomat-
tavasti. Jos käyttöjännite on liian korkea (> 14 V/DC), laite kehittää liian paljon
lämpöä ja voi tuhoutua.
Tärkeää! Valonheitintä voidaan käyttää vain tasajännitteellä, ei vaihtojännitteellä!
Valonheitin tulee asentaa hyvin ilmastoituun paikkaan (älä laita lämpöeristettyyn
koteloon!).
Kytkentäselostus:
32 infrapuna-LED:iä käytetään suoraan tasavirralla etuvastuksen (virran rajoituk-
seen) kautta. Neljä LED:iä on aina kytketty sarjaan.
Vikaetsinnän tarkistuslista:
Tarkista, käytätkö piirilevyä stabilisoidulla tasajännitteellä (mittaa jännite piirilevy-
stä 12 - 14 V/DC). CCD-kameroissa on poikkeava herkkyys. Sen tähden saattaa
infrapunavalonheittimen kantomatka olla erilainen riippuen kameran herkkyydes-
tä. Näitä infrapunavalonheittimiä tulisi käyttää ainoastaan täydellisessä pimeydes-
sä, ilman vierasta valonlähdettä. Syy: useissa kameroissa on valontunnistin, joka
säätää kameran herkkyyden päivänvalon voimakkuuden mukaan. Tämä valon-
tunnistin reagoi pääasiassa näkyvälle valolle. Jos siis on olemassa toinen, heik-
ko valonlähde (kynttilä, näyttöpääte tms.) säätää tunnistin kameran herkkyyden
epäherkemmäksi ja sinusta saattaa tuntua, ettei infrapunavalonheitin toimi juuri
ollenkaan.

Toepassings mogelijkheden:
Belichting voor mensen met onzichtbaar IR-licht, om in zeer donkere omgeving
met een CCD-kamera toch te kunnen kijken.
Ingebruiksaanwijzing:
Het infrarood zoeklicht moet op een tegen het weer beschutte plaats worden ge-
monteerd. Voor het bedrijf is of een accu 12 V/DC of een gestabiliseerd netdeel
met een uitgangsspanning tussen 12 - 14 V/DC geschikt. Het netdeel moet een
vermogen van minstens 300 mA hebben!
Het infrarood zoeklicht haaft zijn maximum vermogen bij een bedrijfsspanning
tussen 12 en 14 V/DC. Wanneer de bedrijfsspanning te gering is, neemt het ver-
mogen van het zoeklicht aanzienlijk af. Bij een te hoge bedrijfsspanning (> 14 V/
DC) ontwikkelt het toestel te veel warmte en kan daardoor kapot gaan.
Belangrijk! Het zoeklich mag alleen met gelijkspanning worden bediend, niet met
wisselspanning! Bouwt U s.v.p. het zoeklicht op een goed geventileerde plaats in
(niet in warmte isolerende kasten inlaten!).
Schema beschrijving:
Door middel van een voorschakel weerstand (voor stroom begrenzing) worden 32
infra rood led‘s direkt aan gelijkspanning aangesloten. Per keer zijn 4 led‘s in serie
geschakeld.
Fout zoek controle lijst:
Controleer of de voeding die gebruikt wordt wel goed gestabiliseerd is (spanning
op de print na meten 12 - 14 V/DC). Iedere ccd-camera is verschillend in gevo-
eligheid. Daardoor kan de reikwijdte van de IR-schijnwerpers afhankelijk van de
gevoeligheid van de camera, verschillend zijn. Deze ir-schijnwerpers kunnen alleen
bij volledig donker toe gepast worden. Reden hiervoor is, dat vele camera‘s hebben
een lichtsensor, die de gevoeligheid regelt afhankelijk van het daglicht. Deze licht-
sensor reageert op zichtbaar licht. Als er een andere zwakke lichtbron zichtbaar is
(bijv. kaarzen, computer-monitor etc.) dan regelt de sensor de gevoeligheid van
de camera direct (terug of minder) en geeft de indruk dat de ir-schijnwerper niet
goed functioneert.

Utilização conforme as diposições legais:

O equipamento de alimentação a partir da rede tem de ter uma potência
minima de 300 mA!
O progetor-infravermelho tem a sua máxima potência numa tensão de servi-
ço entre 12 e 14 V/DC. Quando a tensão de serviço for fraca baixa a potência
do progetor. Com uma alta tensão de serviço (> 14 V/DC) e produzido um
grande calor e este pode estragar o aparelho.
Importante! O progetor só pode funcionar com a mesma tensão, não com
alteração de tensão! Por favor monte o progetor num lugar bastante arejado
(não numa caixa calorifugra!).

Lista de instruções para localizar defeitos:
Por favor examinar, se a placa de circuito impresso é exercida com estabiliza-
da tensão contínua (vericar a medida da tensão na placa de circuito 12 - 14
V/DC). CCD-câmaras têm uma diferente sensibilidade. Por isso pode o raio de
ação do infravermelho-holofote, conforme a sensibilidade da câmara ser dife-
rente. Este infravermelho-holofote só deve ser usado em escuridão completa
e sem inuência de luz secundária. Motivo: muitas câmaras têm um sensor
luminoso que regula a sensibilidade da câmara conforme a claridade diurna.
Este sensor luminoso reage com preferência em luz visível. Quando então
outras fracas fontes de luz existem (vela, ècran do monitor ou outros) então
regula o sensor a sensibilidade da câmara emediatamente atrás e você têm
a impressão que o infravermelho-holofone não tem quase efeito nenhum.

Инфракрасный рефлектор имеет максимальную выходную мощность
при напряжении питания в диапазоне 12 - 14 Вольт. Если напряжение
питания падает на слишком низкий уровень, выходная мощность
аппарата значительно уменьшается. При повышении напряжения
питания свыше 14 Вольт прибор сильно нагревается и может испортится.
Внимание: Прибор можно подключить только к источнику питания
постоянного тока, ни в коем случае к источнику питания переменного
тока. Пожалуйста вставте прибор на место с хорошим доступом и
обменом воздуха (и не в кожух с температурной изоляцией).
Описание схемы:
Прибор подключается к напряжению питания через входное
сопротивление (для ограничения тока) и подключается сразу 32
инфракрасных светодиодов. Всегда соединено серийно 4 светодиода.
Список неисправностей:
Сконтролируйте пожалуйста, если печатная схема питается от
стабилизированного источника постоянного напряжения (Измеренное
напряжение на печатной схеме должно быть в диапазоне 12 - 14
Вольт). CCD видеокамеры имеют разную чувствительность и так радиус
действия будет в зависимости от данной камеры разный. Данный
инфракрасный прибор рекомендуется применять при полной темноте
без влияния дополнительного освещения из за того, что многие камеры
имеют дополнительний сензор, который управляет чувствительностью
камеры в зависимости от уровня дневного света. Этот световой сензор
реагирует приоритетно на видимий свет. Если какой-нибудь другой
слабый источник света (свеча, включенный мониторный экран и. т.п.)
